We want to keep things as easy and as simple as possible. 

If you don't love our products, send them back. 

You have 30 days from receiving your product to fall in love, if you are not 100% satisfied with your new Ronin product, return them for a full refund. No questions asked. 

We do not offer refunds for shipping delays. Our shipping times are listed in our "Shipping Policy". If you have still not received your order after 28 days from the order date. Please contact support@roningrooming.com so we can track the shipment. 

Products must be returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Consumable products must be at least half full to be eligible for a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
